On a Typical Day

On our drive home from school yesterday our conversation went something like this:

Cori: You know what all the girls in my class told me today?

Me: What girls?

Cori: All the girls, Olivia, Klair, Lexi (and proceeds to name every girl in her class.) Uh, they told me that Cooper has a crack on me.

I think she meant crush. I have laughed about this all night. Oh she has a lot to learn....

Her Tent

I just had to post these pictures. Cori loves to be making something ALL THE TIME. Usually it is some kind of paper creation, note, collage of beads, pipe cleaners, stickers, play dough, well you get the picture. As a mom, I have to hold my "I hate messes all over my kitchen table, bedroom, family room" attitude and let her be her creative self. Instead of gluing random things together this time, it was a tent in her bed. She got out every blanket she has over owned from birth on and tied them to her bed posts.

It sure is all cute when she is sleeping!!
